FAQ

Got questions? We’ve got answers. Find everything you need to know about our plugin below

You choose it for each notification, under ‘Files uploaded by the visitor’:

  • Attach only if the recipient is a fixed address (default);
  • Always attach;
  • Never attach.

The default protects your site: when the recipient is taken from a form field, whoever fills in the form decides where the files are sent, so choose ‘Always attach’ only if that is intended. Files of fields marked ‘Exclude from saved entries and email notifications’ are never attached. The generated PDF has its own checkbox, ‘Attach the generated PDF to this notification’. Keep in mind that many mail servers reject messages larger than 10–25 MB.

Not entirely: if the page with the form is served from a full-page cache, the plugin’s code doesn’t run for cached requests, so views can be under-counted. Submissions are counted correctly. Forms themselves work with caching plugins (see the FAQ about caching).

Yes, there are two known limitations: an Attachments field is never restored: the file must be reselected after resuming, because it’s never uploaded before the actual final submission, and a Digital signature field is not automatically redrawn on the signing area when resuming, so it needs to be signed again, otherwise the previous value is lost on the next submission.

Yes. In the notification’s ‘Recipient’ box, enter one or more fixed addresses separated by commas, or the placeholder of an Email field of the form, for example {f12345} (use ‘Copy field ID’ in the field’s properties): the notification is then sent to the address typed by the visitor. ‘Reply-To’ can also be set to an Email field, so that replying to the notification writes directly to the visitor. By default, uploaded files are not attached when the recipient comes from a form field (see the FAQ about attachments).

Yes. Besides being a multiplier for a choice field, a Quantity field can carry a unit price or quantity tiers of its own and feed the Total field directly. Only whole quantities are accepted, and a quantity of 0 is accepted when the field is not required.

Yes. Tick ‘Enable “Save and continue later”‘ in Form Configuration → Save and Continue. While filling in the form, the visitor can click ‘Save and continue’, enter an email address and receive a unique link to resume where they left off, even from another device. In Logicoo Form → Settings → Save and Continue you set how long the link stays valid (30 days by default, up to 90) and how many resume emails can be requested in a time window (by default 5 per 60 minutes), to prevent abuse.

No, the submission is already considered complete by the time the PDF is generated: any error during generation stays internal and is logged for the administrator, never preventing the submission the visitor experiences from completing.

There is no custom CSS box in the plugin (WordPress.org guidelines). Use Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS (or the Site Editor) and target one form with .logicoo-form[data-form-id="123"], replacing 123 with the form ID.

Yes, in two ways. Any option with a numeric value can switch from ‘fixed price’ to ‘tiered price’, and a Quantity field can have its own tiered price, with no choice field at all. There are three selectable calculation modes: unit price for the tier reached, progressive tiers (each tier only pays for its own units, like tax brackets), or a fixed block price, independent of the exact quantity within the tier. For a Quantity field you can also choose what happens beyond the last tier: extend the last tier, or block the submission.

Yes: each option of a Select, Checkbox or Radio button field can be given an optional numeric value (positive, negative or zero), separate from the label shown to the visitor.

Yes. In Form Configuration → PDF Generation, tick ‘Generate a PDF when the form is completed’. After each submission a PDF is created with the form title, an optional logo, the labels and values of the fields, the digital signature if present and the submission details (reference number, date and time). Administrators download it from the entry’s details on the Entries screen, and it can be attached to notifications.

Yes: in Logicoo Form → Settings → Privacy, tick ‘Don’t record the sender’s IP address’. From then on neither the IP address nor the browser user agent is saved with new entries, and the IP is not sent to reCAPTCHA. Note that a ‘Limit per IP address’ rule can never block while this option is enabled; the always-active rate limit keeps working.

Yes, with the ‘Cumulative value reached’ rule: choose a source field (a Quantity, Total value(s), Total quantity field, or a choice field with numeric values) and a threshold. The submission is blocked if its value, added to what has already been received for that field, would exceed the threshold. Example: a booking form with 50 seats and a Quantity field ‘Number of people’ stops accepting bookings once 50 people are reached.

Yes. The builder lets you add, reorder, rename, enable/disable, and collapse/expand the form’s pages. Visitors navigate between pages with Next/Back buttons, with the current page validated before they can move on, plus an optional progress bar (percentage or ‘step N of M’).

Yes. In Form Configuration → Buttons each form has its own texts and colors for the Next, Back, Submit, Clear (signature) and Save and continue buttons, full-width options and corner radius. For anything else, use WordPress’s Additional CSS (Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS, or the Site Editor) and target that form with .logicoo-form[data-form-id="123"], replacing 123 with the form ID.

Yes. In Logicoo Form → Settings → Global form style you can change spacing, fonts, text sizes and weights, colors of labels, descriptions, fields and buttons, alignment, and the look of the Total, Rating, Digital signature fields, the live summary and the page titles. These settings apply to every form on the site; leave a value empty or at 0 to keep your theme’s look. A ‘Reset to default values’ button restores the original settings.

Yes, from the same global style settings: the color of selected stars, or of the slider’s track and handle, plus their respective sizes.

Yes, per form: logo, custom header and footer text, and which fields to include or exclude from the document, using the same exclusion criteria already used for notifications and saved responses.

Yes, each rule has its own customizable blocking message, with a generic fallback text if nothing is specified.

Yes. Deleting a field, a page (with all its fields), a notification, a limit rule or an entry always asks for confirmation first. In addition, changes made in the Form Builder are saved only when you click Update (or Publish) on the form: until then, the published form keeps working as before.

Yes, per form: in Form Configuration → General, tick ‘Don’t save entries (email notifications remain active)’. Useful for an email-only form, such as a simple contact request, that doesn’t need to keep a history. Notifications keep working; note that a ‘Total number of submissions received’ limit rule can never block on such a form, because there are no saved entries to count.

Yes. Open the form and click ‘Export form (JSON)’ at the top of the Form Builder: a .json file with the whole configuration (pages, fields, form settings, notifications and submission limits) is downloaded. Then go to Logicoo Form → Import on the same or another site and upload the file. The import always creates a new form, saved as a draft so you can check it before publishing; it never overwrites an existing form. Entries are not included: export them as CSV from the Entries screen.

Yes. On the Entries screen, the ‘Export CSV (respects the active filter)’ button downloads all entries, or only those of the form selected in the filter. Values that a spreadsheet could interpret as formulas are neutralized, so the file can be opened safely in Excel or LibreOffice.

Yes. Enable ‘Enable the “Statistics” page’ in Logicoo Form → Settings → General: the Logicoo Form → Statistics page shows, for each form, the views per day, the submissions over time and the conversion rate (submissions / views). It’s off by default, and views are counted only while it is enabled.

Yes, with the Digital signature field type: an interactive drawing area usable with mouse, touch or stylus, with a ‘Clear’ button to redraw the signature before submitting.

Yes, in the form’s Submission Limits box (‘+ Add rule’). Rule types:

  • Limit per IP address: IPv6 addresses of the same /64 network count as one; it can never block if IP addresses are not recorded (Privacy settings);
  • Limit per anonymous session (browser): based on a cookie, so it is easily bypassed by clearing cookies or using a private window: a light friction, not a guarantee;
  • Limit per WordPress account: applies only to logged-in users, anonymous visitors are never blocked by it;
  • Total number of submissions received: closes the form after N entries (needs entry saving enabled);
  • Cumulative value reached: see the next FAQ.

Each rule can be switched on or off with ‘Rule active’.

Yes. In the ‘Only send if…’ section of each notification, add one or more conditions on form fields (is filled in, is = to, is different from, is > than, is > or = to, is < than) and choose whether all of them must be true (AND) or at least one (OR). To compare with several values, separate them with commas. Without conditions the notification is always sent. Example: send a copy to the sales team only if the 'Request type' field is equal to 'Quote'.

Yes, with placeholders in the subject and in the message body:

  • {field_id}: the value of one field, where field_id is the field’s ID, for example {f12345} (copy it with ‘Copy field ID’ in the field’s properties);
  • {ref}: the unique reference number of the entry;
  • {all_fields}: the list of all fields with their values (body only);
  • {summary}: the same list grouped by form page (body only).

Fields marked ‘Exclude from saved entries and email notifications’ are never included.

Yes. You can insert several different forms, or the same form more than once, on one page. Each instance keeps its own identifiers, so fields and validation never interfere with each other.

Yes, you can configure multiple independent notifications for the same form, each with its own recipient, subject, message body and sending condition.

Yes, with the Section field (visual title/divider) and the HTML code field (free HTML content entered by the administrator, for example to add informational text, images or custom markup between form fields).

Yes, for multi-page forms: in Form Configuration → Summary, tick ‘Add a review step before submitting’. Before the final submission a review page shows all the answers, with an ‘Edit’ link for each field that takes the visitor back to the right page without losing any data.

Yes. Every field can have one or more conditions tied to the value of other fields on the form (for example ‘show this field only if field X is filled in’, ‘only if it’s greater than a certain value’, or ‘only if it’s different from…’), combinable with each other using AND/OR.

Not at the moment: conditions apply to individual fields. To hide a group of fields, apply the same condition to each field in the group.

Yes, from the global ‘Global form style’ settings, in the ‘Live summary and review page’ section: box background and border, plus size, weight, font and color of the title, labels and values. Leaving a size at 0 or a color empty keeps the theme’s own look.

No: the preview shown while filling in the form is only indicative: the value actually saved is always recalculated by the server at submission time, ignoring any value that might be present in the request.

Yes, optionally: in Form Configuration → Summary, tick ‘Show a live summary of the filled-in fields’. The box shows in real time the label and value of every visible field filled in so far, including those on pages already visited. Choose its position: inline (above the buttons), in a sidebar column, or anywhere on the page with the

shortcode (
if the page contains several forms). Quantity and Total fields can be hidden from it. The summary title can be translated in Settings → General.

No, a field marked as excluded never appears in the summary or preview, using the same criteria already applied to email notifications and saved responses.

No, a dedicated prompt, independent of the form’s own fields, asks for the address to send the resume link to. It works even on forms that don’t have an Email field among their own fields.

No. Every library the plugin needs, including the one for PDF generation, is bundled in the plugin package: nothing to download and no external account to create. The only optional external service is Google reCAPTCHA, which you enable yourself with your own keys.

The save button needs JavaScript: without it, the ‘Save and continue’ button is simply not shown. The form itself can still be filled in and submitted normally, so nothing breaks for visitors with JavaScript disabled.

No, a field made invisible by conditional logic never contributes to the total calculation, either in the live preview or in the final saved value.

No, due to an inherent limitation of the reCAPTCHA product itself, which can’t be resolved on the plugin’s side. It’s one of the few declared exceptions to the general no-JavaScript-required guarantee.

Yes. Some themes, such as Salient, automatically replace native dropdowns with their own widget (Select2). Logicoo Form detects it and restores the native dropdown, so conditional logic, validation and styling keep working.

Yes, with several layers you can combine:

  • Google reCAPTCHA v2 or v3, enabled form by form;
  • a rate limit that is always active: by default at most 10 successful submissions per IP address and form within 60 minutes, adjustable in Logicoo Form → Settings → Submission rate limit;
  • optional submission limit rules for each form (Submission Limits box in the form editor).

Only in one case: when a form has a ‘Limit per anonymous session (browser)’ rule, the plugin sets a technical cookie called logicoo_form_session to recognize the same browser. It holds a random identifier and no personal data, scripts cannot read it, and it lasts one year. No cookie is set otherwise. If you use this rule, mention the cookie in your cookie policy. If you enable reCAPTCHA, Google’s scripts apply their own policy.

Yes. A page served from a full-page cache may contain expired security tokens: when this happens, the form automatically requests fresh tokens and repeats the submission, without the visitor noticing (this needs JavaScript; without JavaScript, exclude the page with the form from the cache if visitors report expired-session errors). Only the view count of the Statistics page can be inaccurate on cached pages.

Yes, via the form’s shortcode, insertable into a Shortcode/HTML widget or element of the main tested page builders. In some builders, the HTML widget doesn’t execute shortcodes: in that case, use a rich-text-type element instead, which supports them correctly.

No, it is not a qualified digital signature: it’s a simple electronic signature: a drawn graphic mark, not based on certificates or PKI infrastructure, and does not meet the requirements of a qualified electronic signature such as the eIDAS regulation. Its evidentiary value is limited to the graphic mark itself plus the metadata automatically collected with the submission, such as IP address, browser and date/time. Before using it for documents requiring legally binding evidentiary value (such as binding contracts or consents with specific regulatory obligations), you should check with a legal advisor whether this level of electronic signature is adequate for your specific use case.

Only if an administrator enables reCAPTCHA for at least one form. In that case the visitor’s browser loads Google’s script, and your server sends Google the token generated by the widget and the sender’s IP address (the IP is not sent if ‘Don’t record the sender’s IP address’ is enabled in the Privacy settings). No other call to external services is present in the plugin. Mention reCAPTCHA in your privacy policy if you use it.

Yes. Below 640 pixels of screen width the layout switches to a single column, so forms stay readable on smartphones and tablets.

Yes, for the vast majority of forms: submissions are processed by the same server-side engine whether JavaScript is active or not. After a submission without JavaScript the visitor comes back to the same page: on success they see the confirmation message, otherwise the form is shown again with the answers already filled in and each error next to its field. Files must be selected again after an error, because browsers never keep them. Two cases require JavaScript: forms with reCAPTCHA enabled and forms with a ‘Digital signature’ field (the drawing area is interactive). The ‘Save and continue later’ button simply does not appear without JavaScript: the form can still be filled in and submitted normally.

Yes. Enable the international prefix to show a country selector (country code and dial code) next to the number. You can also restrict it to one preset prefix and require an exact number of digits. The complete value (dial code + number) is validated both in the browser and on the server.

No. It always expires after the number of days set in Logicoo Form → Settings → Save and Continue (30 by default, from 1 to 90); the expiry cannot be disabled. When the link has expired the visitor sees a clear message and can start a new submission. Expired drafts are deleted automatically by a daily cleanup, and a draft is deleted as soon as the form is submitted from its resume link.

No, only an aggregate counter per form and day is incremented, without recording IP address, browser, or any other data that would let one visitor be distinguished from another.

If reCAPTCHA is enabled, verification always happens server-side before accepting the submission: any communication error with the service never results in a silent bypass: the submission is blocked with a clear message.

Every form has its own shortcode, for example , ready to copy from the ‘Shortcode’ column of the forms list (Logicoo Form → All forms) and from the form editor. Paste it where you want the form to appear: in the block editor use a Shortcode block, in page builders a shortcode or text element. The form must be published to be displayed.

Go to Logicoo Form → Add New in the WordPress admin area and give the form a title. The editor screen contains:

  • Form Builder: add fields from the ‘Add field’ panel, organize them in pages and click a field to edit its properties;
  • Form Configuration: general options, reCAPTCHA, progress bar, live summary, button texts and colors, behavior after submission, PDF generation and ‘Save and continue later’;
  • Email Notifications and Submission Limits.

Click Publish when the form is ready: only published forms are displayed on the site.

  1. In the Google reCAPTCHA admin console, register your site’s domain and choose the type: v2 (‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox) or v3 (invisible, score-based). Google gives you a site key and a secret key.
  2. In Logicoo Form → Settings → reCAPTCHA, choose the same version and paste the two keys in the fields for that version. For v3 you can adjust the ‘Minimum score threshold’ (0.5 by default: a lower value lets more submissions through, a higher one is stricter).
  3. Open each form to protect and, in Form Configuration → reCAPTCHA, tick ‘Enable reCAPTCHA for this form’.

Keys created for v2 don’t work with v3 and vice versa: if every submission is rejected, check that version and keys match. A form with reCAPTCHA requires JavaScript.

Every field in the builder’s canvas has a dedicated action to move it up/down, or to explicitly choose which page it should be on and after which other field. It is handy for long forms where dragging manually would be awkward.

  1. Make sure the form has an Email field, and copy its ID with ‘Copy field ID’ in the field’s properties (for example f12345).
  2. In the Email Notifications box, click ‘+ Add notification’.
  3. In ‘Recipient’, enter the placeholder of that field, for example {f12345}.
  4. Write the subject and the message, using placeholders such as {ref} or {summary} to repeat what the visitor entered.

Keep a separate notification for yourself with a fixed address. Uploaded files are not attached to the visitor’s copy unless you choose ‘Always attach’.

With the dedicated Total field: you choose which source fields contribute to it: either by direct sum, or by multiplying against a linked Quantity field, and the total updates live as the visitor fills in the form, shown as a plain number or as currency. A Quantity field can also carry its own price (a unit price or quantity tiers) and feed the Total directly, with no choice field needed.

Like any plugin from the WordPress.org directory: updates appear in your WordPress dashboard and you install them with one click. Logicoo Form never checks for updates anywhere else.

It shows a drag-and-drop area with a preview of selected files, configurable for allowed extensions, maximum number and maximum size. It remains fully usable without JavaScript and via keyboard. Every file is checked server-side both by extension and by its real file type, not just the extension declared by the browser.

It is a text field that formats the date while the visitor types, in the format you choose for the field (DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD). Two optional checks: ‘Verify the date is real’ rejects impossible dates such as 31/02, and ‘Limit the allowed period’ accepts only dates after (or before) a reference date you set. Every check is repeated on the server.

The visitor enters hours and minutes either with dropdown menus or with text fields (your choice, under ‘Input mode’), in 24-hour or 12-hour (AM/PM) format. With dropdown menus you can limit the selectable minutes to intervals of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes. The value is validated on the server like every other field. Useful for appointments, booking times and opening-hour requests.

Yes: both single and bulk deletion also remove the files linked to the response (uploaded attachments, digital signature image, generated PDF), not just the saved record.

Each active rule is evaluated independently: it only takes one rule to block a submission for it to be rejected, with no alternative combination between different rules.

The interface is translation-ready (English source). Translations are delivered automatically by translate.wordpress.org in the WordPress site language; Italian, French, German and Spanish are being added there.

Accessibility is part of the design: semantic markup, labels associated with every control, grouped fields (such as radio buttons and checkboxes) exposed as a group with their title, keyboard-usable controls including the attachment area, and colors that meet WCAG AA contrast. The signature drawing area needs a pointer or touch device and JavaScript. reCAPTCHA and ‘Save and continue later’ also need JavaScript.

Yes. Requests made from Tools → Export Personal Data and Tools → Erase Personal Data find every entry that contains the email address or that was sent by that registered user. An erasure deletes the entries that belong to that person (the address is in the form’s identifying Email field, by default the first Email field, which you can change in Form Configuration → General, or the entry was sent by that user), including their attachments, signatures and PDFs; in entries of other people that only mention the address, just the address is anonymized.

Yes. Logicoo Form is free and open source, released under the GPL. Add-ons extend it with additional features: some are free and some are paid.

It can be, notification by notification: tick ‘Attach the generated PDF to this notification’ in each notification that should carry it. If PDF Generation is not enabled for the form, or the PDF could not be generated, the notification is still sent, without the attachment.

It’s a good deterrent but has a known limitation: it relies only on the IP address of the request, so on shared networks (offices, schools, mobile connections behind NAT) several real people can share the same IP and block each other: keep the limit generous. If your site is behind a reverse proxy or a CDN (such as Cloudflare), every visitor may appear with the proxy’s IP: in Logicoo Form → Settings → Submission rate limit, enter the proxy addresses in ‘Trusted proxies’ and choose the header that carries the visitor’s real IP.

WordPress 6.0 or higher and PHP 7.4 or higher: forms work on any standard hosting. PDF generation also needs the PHP DOM and mbstring extensions, available on almost every hosting: without them no PDF is created, but the submission is never blocked. If the server also has the GD extension, PDFs include the logo and the signature as real images; without GD the PDF is still generated in full, with a short placeholder text instead of each image.

Click a field in the Form Builder to open its properties. Every field has: Label, Description (shown after the label or after the field), ‘Required field’, ‘Exclude from saved entries and email notifications’, Column width (full, half or one third, to place fields side by side), Conditional logic, and ‘Copy field ID’ to use the field in email placeholders. Then each type has its own settings: for example placeholder, minimum/maximum length and character type for Text; single or multiple selection and search among options for Select; allowed extensions, number and size of files for Attachments; minimum, maximum, step and price for Quantity.

The values entered in the form, the submission date, and the sender’s IP address and browser user agent (both can be switched off with one option in the Privacy settings). If a form uses a submission limit per WordPress account or per anonymous session, the user ID or a random browser identifier is saved with the entry. ‘Save and continue later’, when enabled, temporarily stores the unfinished form together with the email address entered for the resume link. Nothing else is collected, and the plugin contains no tracking or telemetry.

19 field types: Text, Email, Text area, Select, Checkbox, Radio button, Two-column text, Section (a title or divider, no data collected), HTML code (free content), Attachments, Phone number, Date, Time, Website (URL), Quantity, Total value(s) (automatic calculation, called the Total field in these FAQs), Total quantity (sum of Quantity fields), Rating (stars or slider) and Digital signature. The free Payments & Shop add-on, coming soon, will add one more: the Payment field.

The visitor sees the confirmation message set in Form Configuration → After submission (‘Show a confirmation message’), or a default message if you leave it empty. Alternatively, choose ‘Redirect to a URL’ to send the visitor to another page of your site, such as a thank-you page. For security, only addresses on your own site are accepted: an external address is not saved and a notice tells you so. In both cases the entry is saved (unless saving is disabled for the form), notifications are sent and the PDF is generated, if enabled.

The builder blocks saving and shows an explicit error: overlapping tiers, or a quantity range left uncovered between one tier and the next, are never silently accepted.

No visible error or broken layout occurs on the hosting page: the shortcode simply produces no output.

The file (a form export in JSON format, at most 2 MB) is checked before importing: format, size and content. If there’s a problem, a specific error message is shown and no form is created, so you never end up with an incomplete or corrupted form.

The PDF is still generated in full, with a short placeholder text instead of the image, whether it is the logo or the signature. The PDF is never missing and the submission is never blocked for this reason.

Everything the plugin created is removed: its database tables, all forms (also those in the trash), all settings and temporary data, and the protected folder with uploaded files, signatures and PDFs, on every site of a multisite network. To keep the data, tick ‘Keep the plugin’s data on uninstall’ in Logicoo Form → Settings → Privacy before deleting the plugin. Simply deactivating the plugin never deletes anything.

It’s never accepted: a field made invisible by conditional logic is neither required nor validated server-side, with the same check applied even if the field it depends on is itself hidden by another condition.

Moving a form to the trash keeps its entries. Deleting the form permanently (or emptying the trash) also deletes all its entries and their files (attachments, signatures and PDFs). Export the entries as CSV first if you need to keep them.

It’s a scheduled cleanup, run once a day, that permanently deletes entries older than a number of days you choose, together with their files (attachments, signature, PDF), so personal data doesn’t pile up indefinitely. Set it in Logicoo Form → Settings → Autoclean, ‘Retention days (0 = disabled)’. It’s off by default: nothing is deleted until you set a value.

Logicoo Form is a free WordPress plugin for building multi-step forms and calculators, developed by Logicoo.dev. Build contact, registration, quote and order forms with a visual builder, conditional logic, automatic totals, digital signatures, PDF generation and custom email notifications, all from the WordPress admin area. Add-ons, starting with Payments & Shop (coming soon), will extend it further.

Submission limits are rules you set for each form to decide who can submit and how many times: by IP address, anonymous session, logged-in user or total submissions, with a message of your choice. Rate limiting is an anti-abuse protection: it caps how many submissions a single IP address can send to a form within a time window, whatever the rules of that form.

A read-only field that automatically adds up the values of the Quantity fields you choose, or of every Quantity field in the form, and updates live while the visitor fills in the form. As with the Total field, the value actually saved is always recalculated by the server.

A dedicated field for collecting a web address, with a mobile-optimized keyboard. It can work in ‘strict’ mode (requires an http/https scheme and a valid domain, blocking submission if the format is wrong) or in free mode, which accepts any non-empty text if the field is required, without requiring a technically valid URL. It is useful if you just want to collect a reference without rigid format constraints.

Select shows a dropdown menu (single or multiple choice), Radio button allows only one choice among visible options, and Checkbox normally allows multiple choices (with a ‘single choice’ mode that turns it into a mutually-exclusive group of options). All three support assigning an optional numeric value to each option, useful for automatic calculations with the Total field.

In a dedicated folder of your uploads directory, logicoo-form-private/, never in the WordPress media library and without a public URL: files are downloaded only by an authenticated administrator from the Entries screen. The plugin protects the folder with .htaccess (Apache, LiteSpeed) and web.config (IIS) files. Nginx ignores those files, and so does Apache when the server configuration does not allow them: in Logicoo Form → Settings → Status & Support you find the rule to give your host and a ‘Check protection’ button that tells you whether the folder can be read from the web.

In a protected server folder, not reachable via a direct URL and never in WordPress’s public media library, downloadable only by an authenticated administrator from the Entries screen.

Open Logicoo Form → Support: you find links to these FAQ, to the ‘Support & Feature Request’ page and to the add-ons, plus an ‘Error log’ with the latest 50 technical errors (for example an email that could not be sent), without personal data. When you ask for help, include the relevant log entries and the System Report, which you can copy from Logicoo Form → Settings → Status & Support: it contains versions, memory limits, theme and active plugins, never your settings or credentials.

Under Logicoo Form → Entries: a paginated list filterable by form, a details window for each entry (values grouped by form page, reference number, date and IP address) with download links for attachments, signature and PDF, and single or bulk deletion.

Add-ons are separate plugins that extend Logicoo Form and need it to be active. The first, Payments & Shop (online payments and WooCommerce orders, free), is coming soon. More add-ons, free and paid, for quizzes, repeatable fields, email marketing and more are planned. See the Add-ons page for the current list.

Logicoo Form sends notifications with the standard WordPress mail function, so delivery depends on your server. If emails end up in spam or never arrive:

  1. in Logicoo Form → Settings → General, set a sender email address on your own domain (by default the site administrator email is used) and, if you like, a sender name;
  2. install an SMTP plugin that sends through an authenticated mail service;
  3. check the ‘Error log’ on the Logicoo Form → Support page: when a notification cannot be sent, the error is recorded there.

We share the same deep love for WordPress and we’re happy to support the success of your project with a reliable, high-performing tool built around your needs
